Mushrooms Paneer Biryani

Basmati rice – 1 cup
Onions – 3/4 cups (longitudinal cut)
Ginger garlic sauce – 1 teaspoon
Green pepper -1 crack
Tomato sauce – 1/2 cup
Button mushrooms – 1 cup (200 g)
Paneer cube – 3/4 cups
Mint leaves – chopped (chopped)
Thick curd – 1/4 cup
Chili powder – 3/4 -1 teaspoons (less if the store is purchased)
Turmeric powder – 1/4 teaspoon
Biryani Masala Powder – 1 teaspoon (ready)
Coriander – 1 teaspoon
Oil / butter – 2 tablespoons (or two kinds of butter and oil)
Cinnamon – 1 inch tablets
Bay Leaf – 1 (optional)
Cinnamon-1 inch tablets
Ghee -1 teaspoon
Bake rice for 20 minutes, drain the water and put it aside.
Cut the mushrooms into two pieces and cut the panels into cubes.

If your curd is watery, drain your water completely with cloth. In a bowl, add a thick curry, half of the chili powder, parsley powder, biryani masala, ginger garlic sauce, a little salt, mix well. Then add mushrooms and pane cube and mix well. Let it sit for 15-20 minutes.
Heat a tablespoon of butter, add lilac, cinnamon, fry rice for a few seconds. Then add 2 glasses of water, a little salt, cook rice to 3/4. Drain excess (see below). Do not cook because we will cook again at the end. We do not want a paste of biryani.

Add butter or oil in kadai or pot, add spices to the ingredients mentioned, fry for a few seconds, add thin cut onions and cut green peppers. Roasted onion transparent.
Then add ginger sauce, and then fry a few seconds.
Now add tomato sauce, turmeric powder and the remaining spice powder (remember we only add half of the pickled), then cook until the tomatoes are pastal.
See now tomatoes cook well. Add pickled mushrooms and masks at this stage. Mix well
Add coriander, mint leaves, need salt, cook until mushrooms cooked three or four (remember we cook rice when the salt, salted salt, so salt)
How to prepare mushroom bread biryani
Now we will do stratification –
In a covered pot, sprinkle half of the gravy and put the rice on it. (The first picture below)
And then spread the remaining gravy. (Second picture)
And then put the rest of the rice on top, cover the lid (3 rd pic)
Mushroom bread biryani recipe
Keep in a very low flame for 5-6 minutes. Open and gently mix biryani. Serve this aromatic biryani pipe hot raita or whatever you choose any side dishes. I prepared my ready-to-eat potato gravy as a side dish.
