Ingredients need

For Paneer Kofta gravy

Onion sauce – 3/4 cups
Ginger 1 inch
Green pepper -1
Garlic – 3-4 cloves
Tomato Sauce – 1 cup
Salt flavor
Cashews -6-7

Spices powder

Coriander – 2 teaspoons
Chili powder – 3/4 teaspoons
Kitchen King Marsala or Galan masala – 1 teaspoon
Turmeric powder – 1/4 teaspoon


Oil – 2 tablespoons
Cumin seed / je seed seed – 1 teaspoon
Cinnamon – 1 inch tablets
Cardamom – 1
Clove – 2

For Paneer kofta ball – produces 6 pan balls

Paneer – 1 cup
Cornflour -1/4 cups
Green Pepper – 1 chopped
Ginger – 1/2 teaspoon grated
Coriander leaves – 2 tablespoons chopped
Chili powder – 1/2 teaspoon
Kitchen Wang Ma Sarah – 1/2 teaspoon
Need salt

Coriander leaves – 2 tablespoons chopped
Smash the pan -1 spoon


Grilled ginger, garlic and green pepper.

The cashews are soaked in hot water for 15 minutes and ground with a small amount of water into a smooth paste.

Put the tomatoes aside. We need 1 cup of tomato sauce.

Prepare bread chondrolyte

Add ginger green chili sauce, and then fry a few minutes.

Then add the tomato sauce and all the spice powder (mentioned in the ingredients – perfume powder below) and the desired salt. Cook the ketchup until the oil comes out.

Fried onion sauce

Then add the cashew sauce and cook for 3-4 minutes.

Add a glass of water, boil, cook for 15 minutes. This is a biscuit soft soup. Decorated with chopped parsley leaves.

Prepare gravy

Prepare Paneer Ball (Indian Cheese Cheese Ball)

Grill pane, add corn flour and other ingredients mentioned in the “for the paneer kofta” other than oil. Mix well to form dough. You can adjust the spices and salt by tasting the batter mix.

Average split window glass mixture makes smooth ball. If there is a crack, it will break when fried.

Prepare the pan ball
