Ingredients need

For Paneer Kofta gravy

Onion sauce – 3/4 cups
Ginger 1 inch
Green pepper -1

Coriander – 2 teaspoons
Chili powder – 3/4 teaspoons
Kitchen King Marsala or Galan masala – 1 teaspoon
Turmeric powder – 1/4 teaspoon

Oil – 2 tablespoons
Cumin seed / je seed seed – 1 teaspoon
Cinnamon – 1 inch tablets
Cardamom – 1
Clove – 2

For Paneer kofta ball – produces 6 pan balls

Paneer – 1 cup
Cornflour -1/4 cups
Green Pepper – 1 chopped
Ginger – 1/2 teaspoon grated
Coriander leaves – 2 tablespoons chopped
Chili powder – 1/2 teaspoon
Kitchen Wang Ma Sarah – 1/2 teaspoon
Need salt

Grilled ginger, garlic and green pepper.

The cashews are soaked in hot water for 15 minutes and ground with a small amount of water into a smooth paste.

Ingredients needed

For the Dough

Whole Wheat flour or Multi grain flour – 1/2 cup + 2 tbsp
Salt – 1/4 tsp
Oil – 2 tsp

For the Stuffing

Soya chunks – 1/2 cup
Oil – 1 tbsp
Onion – 1/2 cup finely chopped
Green chilli – 1 finely chopped
Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp
Garam masala powder – 1/2 tsp
Kitchen King Masala – 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder – 2 tsp
Coriander leaves – 2 tbsp finely chopped
Salt to taste

For Making Parathas

Boil water with 1/4 spoon salt. Add soy pieces, cook for 3 minutes, turn off the heat. Let’s take 10-15 minutes. And then completely drain, rinse soybean pieces 2 ~ 3 times. Then squeeze all the water from the soybeans.

Ingredients need

Yogurt – 3 cups (not acid)
Powder sugar – 1/4 -1/2 cups or as needed
Pistachio – 2 tablespoons
Almond – 4
Cardamom powder – 1/4 teaspoon

Mango sauce – 1 cup (mango should be sweet)

Place the yoghurt in the linen, and leave it overnight or 6-7 hours to remove the whey from the yogurt.
Put it inside the refrigerator, otherwise the yogurt will become sour.

Immerse the pistachio and almonds in hot water for 10 minutes. Remove the skin and cut it into small pieces.

Soak saffron in warm milk.
